Cancellations and Refunds
All classes or trips will be held rain or shine. Class or trip cancellations or delays due to weather will be decided on-site by the instructor. Surf and Turf Adventures, LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip or class prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient sign-up or unsafe weather conditions. In this case, all money will be refunded immediately. Participants whose class is cancelled for any reason will be given preference if they chose to register for another class or trip. A trip cancelled due to insufficient sign-up normally occurs two to three weeks prior to departure. Surf and Turf Adventures, LLC is not responsible for other expenses incurred by the participant as a result of such cancellation. Surf and Turf Adventures, LLC is unable to offer refunds or credits for unused portions or incomplete classes or trips.
If you cancel or otherwise are unable to participate on the trip or class, for whatever reason, our Refund Policy is as follows:
- 15 days or more prior to class or trip: full refund, less a $15.00 administration fee
- 14 days or less prior to the class or trip: No refund.
Note: a full refund, less the $15.00 administration fee, will apply if either Surf or Turf Adventures, LLC or the participant finds a suitable replacement at least 2 days prior to the class or trip date.
