Registration Information:
Registering for a class is easy, and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration may be done online, by phone, or by mail. Select your method
of registration and see the instructions below.
Once you have completed the registration form using one of the following
methods, you will need to submit your payment in full. If you are registering
online, your payment may be submitted by credit card through PayPal. For
all other registrations you will need to send a check made payable to
Surf and Turf Adventures to the following address.

Please note: Your space will not officially be reserved until your payment

Registration Online
To register online click here and fill out
the form. When the form is completed, be sure to click the submit button
to register for the class. Once you have submitted your form you should
be directed to a Thank You page that will allow you to choose to pay by
credit card through PayPal. In addition you will receive an email confirming
your submission. Also visit the Required Forms section below for additional
information you will need to bring to class.

Registration by Mail
To register by mail, print out and complete the Class Registration Form.

Required Forms:
All participants must complete and submit a Class Registration Form to
reserve a spot in the class. Participants must complete and sign an ACA
waiver and a Surf and Turf Waiver before the class begins. These forms
may be downloaded online (see below) or will be mailed to you in the class
information packet. Participants are responsible for reporting any additional
medical problems to the class instructor before any on-water sessions.
