At Surf and Turf Adventures, LLC, we are committed to our clients privacy and security. Class Registration Forms
Surf and Turf Adventures Class Registration/ Trip forms, both on-line and paper, require users to give us contact information (such as their name, email, and postal address) and demographic information (such as their zip code, age, weight, height, and emergency contact). Information from the application is used to enroll students. The student's contact information is also used to send enrollment material and to get in touch with the student when necessary. We only maintain contact information in our customer database. All other information will be deleted/ destroyed within one week of the completion of a class or trip.
